Title:L. M. Denman letter

A single letter from Deman to his sister, written from "home" on 22 March 1863. The letter covers a variety of topics: weather, prices, Denman's son, father, and other relatives, and his desire for a visit from his sister. There is a single reference to the Civil War, namely "we had a good union meeting at Toldeo the 18[th.] there was quite a crowd there[.] we had a good speech from Col Hawkins of Tennessee[.] he is down on Jeff Davis & Co[.]
